Our mission is to provide individualized instruction, beginning at the level that the student has already achieved. Each of our clients will receive a comprehensive educational assessment to determine his/her strengths and weaknesses. Then, a customized instructional plan can be the start of your or your child's journey to literacy.

Did you know that over 20% of the population struggles with learning to read? Difficulties may begin in the early grades and continue throughout the academic career. As the child continues through school, the achievement gap continues to grow and the child often becomes frustrated and overwhelmed. Behavior problems in and out of school may develop as the child avoids academic tasks. The school may say that the child just isn’t trying hard enough or that they will catch up eventually.

The truth is that often the child has not been given the instructional method that matches the child’s learning needs. For many, a sequential, systematic and explicit approach to reading can be the strategy they need to successfully learn to read, write and spell. Without these basic abilities, the result for many students is years of struggling in school, only to fall further and further behind their peers.
